Greenberg Traurig Adds Four Litigators to Denver Office, Deepens Regional Practice

Last updated on April 18, 2025

Greenberg Traurig LLP has added four attorneys to its Denver office, expanding the firm’s litigation capacity and extending its reach into key areas of commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property law. The hires, all of whom join from Polsinelli, include two new shareholders, one of counsel, and one associate.

The group is led by trial attorney Stacy A. Carpenter, whose practice spans complex commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory enforcement matters. She joins Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder, along with Michael P. Dulin, a litigator whose work focuses on patent, trademark, and licensing conflicts. Gina L. Tincher, who advises clients on compliance, labeling, and litigation strategy across regulated industries, joins as of counsel. Associate Nicholas Banelli also joins the firm’s litigation team.

Carpenter is expected to lead the Denver office’s litigation practice. Her experience includes more than two decades of trial work in state and federal courts, with a particular emphasis on matters involving the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. The team’s move brings a combination of trial experience and advisory work, with capabilities across product liability, trade secrets, labeling compliance, and commercial torts.

The additions come amid continued growth at Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office, which has recently expanded in the areas of energy, natural resources, real estate, and cybersecurity. The firm cited the attorneys’ depth of experience and established client relationships in the Colorado legal market.
